Subject: Surfing issues.
Dear Madames/ Sirs.
Recently (I am writing these words on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 – two days before Passover) I am experiencing a series of glitches in Internet surfing: repeated disconnections from the network, Internet surfing that gets stuck again and again, a message of “The site does not respond” that appears again And again on perfectly legitimate websites I go to, clicking the “Start” button that automatically leads to a black screen, white squares that appear on the screen and hide parts of the display of the sites I browse, and the search bar window in windows 10 where I work that suddenly does not open.
I will note that all of these glitches do not occur at regular times, but occur completely randomly.
On Monday, April 11, 2022, a technician from Bezeq (my Internet provider) arrived at the residential address – and after checking the system, it turned out that the problem was not with them.
Therefore, I would like to ask you: where do you think the problem is, and how can the surfing glitches I explain here be overcome?
And another question: I received a “mesh fiber” device from Bezeq – for which I pay them about 10 shekels a month – what uses can be made of it?
I will note that there is only one point in my house where I surf the Internet only on lines – and I do not use the wifi network at all.

3) I will note that I am a person who subsists on a very low income-disability pension from the National Insurance Institute. For this reason, getting help from a private company to deal with these faults for a fee is in any case very problematic for me.
4)The following are letters dated April 13, 2022 to Bezeq:
Greetings to Bezeq:
I am your customer from the Jerusalem area. Today, Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 9:14 a.m., I was contacted on my cell phone 972-58-6784040 a person who identified himself as a courier who came to give me something that I, as it were, ordered from you. The man called from a phone number 972-55-6649570 — and this phone call came to me in complete surprise — since I did not order any product or service from you that was supposed to arrive or be delivered to me today. When I asked him to contact you by phone to find out what was being said, he claimed that he could not do so at all, since he was an employee of a courier company that he said was not connected to you at all.
The matter is very strange and incomprehensible, and I will thank you for examining the matter.
I do not understand what is happening here, or what things are supposed to be.
The question marks are even strengthened in light of the fact that a representative of the courier company asked to come to me with goods I ordered, ostensibly from an e-commerce site – when in practice there is no such order at all (I did not order anything from them).
Moreover: in these words of the courier there is an internal contradiction – at first he said that the product came from you – and then he told me that the product came from the e-commerce shopping site – which of course is not acceptable according to logic and common sense.
And to sum up: I will thank you for examining the matter: I just can not understand what is happening here or what things are supposed to be.
